Quality Through Process Control
Wilspec® controls are manufactured for long-term reliability and repeatable performance. This can only be achieved with manufacturing and engineering practices that stress DFMEA, FMEA and control plan utilization, proper training of team members, clear and direct line instructions for each task, redundant quality checks to confirm piece part functionality and EOL practices that provide confidence that finished products are designed and built to customer needs.
This self-same process is also required of our sub-suppliers, to ensure Wilspec® products are manufactured with the best materials and integrated sub-components. No facet of the manufacturing process is too small for consideration.

PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process)

APQP (Advanced Production Quality Process)
Quality framework used for developing new products, facilitates communication between manufacturer and customer to clarify requirements and specifications.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restrictions of chemicals)
EU regulation governing chemical substances placed on the market.
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
EU regulations directive on hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products.
EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)
Chinese government regulated annual compliance program developed to increasing energy efficiencies and reduce harmful air and water emissions.
